RAPPEL
This
course offers you the opportunity to acquire knowledge and
abilities
for activities of rappel. Along with the technical skills
you will acquire confidence and capacity of leadership and
decision making that you can apply to daily life.
The
instructors will be always attentive to the evolution of your learning,
always maintaining an atmosphere of cordiality and respect between
participants.
Subjects include:
- Knowing the Equipment.
- Care and Maintenance of the equipment.
- Climbing knots and anchors.
- Safety.
- Physical and mental trainingl.
- Rappel in artificial and natural structures.
Bonus: Toprope rock climbing during the
practices. Practices take place in the Nacional Park
Summits of Majalca.
Duration: 2 weeks. Theory 4 hours. Practice 12 hours.
It
includes: Manual of the
course, diploma of participation, lending of equipment required in
the course, 1m of cord, 1m of tubular webbing.
